My father has early onset Alzheimer's and can't be left alone. We just so happened to be blessed with a certain number of hours through the Trident Area Agency on Aging to use for a sitter. It was hard at first finding the same person that could work with our pretty open 2 days a week. First one got let go after we had one shift with her, the second girl we liked but came maybe twice then "got in a car wreck" and never came back, the last girl we got we loved! She did well with my father, was semi punctual, no clue how their check in and out system works but had time issues a few times with each of them.Bottom line, even the last girl we had that my family and I all loved, put in her 2 weeks notice and her last shift was the shift w ran out of grant hours on. So if we continued care out of pocket with allcare at roughly 30 dollars an hour, we'd get yet another person, then just based on the 89 free hours we got, prob another person... and another...5 stars because we did get respite for those 89 and a few extra hours, and we absolutely LOVED Ms. Ashley (the last sitter we had that ended up quitting)!!!!!We are in the times of covid, I'm sure they're short staffed, but the customer service remained amazing which added to the 5 stars. I do hate knowing that the sitter is getting such a small percentage of the company's hourly rate. They deserve more

If you are looking for a Home health care service, you needn’t look any further than AllCare Living Services. AllCare provided quality, dependable, reliable, and caring services for my mom for over two years. The staff couldn’t have been more qualified or caring and they always went the extra distance. There will always be issues with any health care service but AllCare bent over backwards to resolve any issues while trying to fulfill the needs of both the patient and their family. We used AllCare Living Services for several months when taking care of my mother became to much for one person to handle. the care givers were absolutely wonderful and patient with my mom who was diagnosed with dementia and could be very hard headed and harsh at times. mom fell in love with the ladies. and so did I. we highly recommend them. if you have questions Give Stacy a call and she will be happy to help in any way. ❤❤❤

Melissa Roper was great. She stayed with me in the facility while getting my procedure. We had to pick up additional medications after the surgery so it was a lot of driving from point to point. She was able to get me comfortable in my home. She also prepared soup for me to eat and retrieved other light meals from the pantry to have afterwards. She was very courteous, friendly and respectful.

I’m a caregiver with AllCare and I’ve been here almost a month now. I’ve been Healthcare now for 10 years and they’re one of the best agencies I’ve worked for. However please keep in mind that this isn’t a place for long term if you’re looking for health benefits, 401k, etc. It’s a great starter job for someone who’s starting into healthcare such as working on obtaining they’re nursing degree or for someone who’s retired and just looking to keep themselves busy. AllCare certainly tries to accommodate in providing hours based on your availability and your location, but you’ll often find in order to get hours you’ll more than likely be picking up shifts. All in all they’re a great company and do offer “perks” and really try to acknowledge they’re employees. They try to provide excellent customer and quality care. If you’re looking for a good place to work and gain experience in healthcare or just need something to do, definitely apply here! I got a call within 24 hours of me applying and was hired that same week.
