Kelly and her husband, Skip, founded AllCare Living Services in 1998. In the 25 years since, Kelly has expanded and grown AllCare into the most trusted provider of in-home assistance in the greater Charleston area.

Skip Williams

Skip has over 25 years of combined experience in retail management, the food industry, home health, and real estate development. Skip's primary responsibility is managing the business side of AllCare.

Koren Webb

Koren was born and raised in Summerville, SC, and began working with AllCare when she was still in high school. She graduated from Charleston Southern University with a degree in Communication.

Stacy Fincher

Client Care Coordinator

Stacy Fincher

Stacy was born and raised in Moncks Corner. She has two children and one granddaughter. She brought with her years of experience in scheduling and office management. Since she was 16 years old she ran her father's business until he decided he had to retire due to illness. She has management experience as well, which has helped get her to where she is now as AllCare’s Client Care Coordinator.

Outside of work, she embraces nature, loves animals, and shares her home with several furry friends. Jessica’s energy, strength, and passion for personal and professional growth inspire us every day.

A Charleston native, Mary moved to Summerville in 1993 and has been dedicated to caring for others for over 40 years. From LPN to registered nurse clinician with two Masters, Mary’s passion for service shines through. With 3 sons, 5 grandchildren, and a love for rescuing pets, she’s also a plant-reviving superhero! We’re excited to have her quirky humor and expertise on our team!

Karla brings over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector,
particularly in health insurance. With a solid background in health insurance sales and marketing,
Karla has developed a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, helping individuals and
families navigate complex coverage options. Now, with a passion for expanding the scope of
care, Karla is excited to bring this expertise into the realm of in-home care. With a keen eye for
strategic marketing and a customer-first approach, Karla is dedicated to creating awareness,
